Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns Policy

Refunds, exchanges, and returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for purchases made through wingingitstudio.com.

All sales are generally final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect items or quantity ordered, or general preference changes.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact me at wingingitstudio@gmail.com within a 14 days of receiving, so I can help resolve the issue. Photos may be requested to assist with review.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be in their original condition to be considered.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
